- Install, configure, & maintain different services such as NginX, DNS, MySQL in physical or in cloud platforms.
- Implementing & managing CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
- Setting up monitoring tools to track system performance & ensure the health of applications & infrastructure.
- Maintain clear and detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors and participate in Incident /on-call rotation.
- Coordinate with development, operations, and other cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and
communicative environment.
- Managing and Monitoring Project’s status from Pre-production stage, up to Deployment at customer premises.
- Providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues & system integration.

- Install, configure, upgrade & troubleshoot of application software and hardware.
- Deploy systems and perform the Acceptance Tests for unique GSM, UMTS, LTE solution.
- Commissioning & on-site training delivery of bespoke systems to government and LEA.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support (Tier 1,2 ) of our systems for both software and hardware as per SLA.
- Assist clients (LEA) to perform Cellular (GSM/UMTS/LTE) Interception.
- Correspondence with Vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Conduct product demonstration & presentation for customer.
- Write Technical Content (proposal/ report/ manual).
- Manage technical support for installed hardware & software.
- Notify manager of any customer complaints.
- Follw up with customers and take corrective action.
Apart from being a devops engineer, I enjoy most of my time being outdoors. I love travelling & like to explore new places and cultures.
When forced indoors, I like to play chess and I spend a large amount of my free time exploring the latest technolgy advancements in the world. In the kitchen, I discover my creative side, crafting dishes that are both an art and a delight for the senses.
